DB Corp Ltd. IPO draws Rs 69.36 cr from 9 anchor investors
Media house DB Corp Ltd., has received a commitment of Rs 69.36 crores from 9 anchor investors on the eve its IPO.
The anchor investors, FID Funds ( Mauritius ) limited, FIL Trustee Company Private Limited, Nomura Funds Ireland- India Equity Funds, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd., IDFC Classic Equity Fund, Government of Singapore, Reliance Capital Trustee Company Ltd., India Capital Fund, BNP Paribas Arbitrage all committed at the upper end of the price band of Rs. 212/-, according to a notice sent to the exchanges.
DB Corp Ltd. will enter the capital markets today - Friday - with the issue of 18,175,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, at a price band of Rs 185 - 212 per share. The issue will close on December 15, 2009.
